The mindset of this present generation is completely different, with the advancement in science and technology they get everything handy, readymade and hence there is no necessity of walking or any kind of physical exercise and with the television and video games, the teens are absolutely becoming couch potatoes. They are not aware of how they would be after ten years if the same situation prevails. But unfortunately, people never take the good things when they are told about it, only when they experience they will realize and that is when those who do not do any kind of exercise and finally become obese and get heart diseases and lot more, will understand what they are heading into.
And certainly, as there are so much of diet centers or diet gurus who have a special plan that can make those slim in six months, (they say so) but yet, this can induce lot many health issues. This starving policy would do no good. Eating is absolutely good for heath provided one has to exercise equally to burn the fat rather than starving or eating less. Only when people eat enough to get their stomach full they can work to their fullest, if the same is starving he cannot have the energy to do the work and result in so many health problems like headache, tiredness, weakness, lot more and perhaps it does take away the spice out of their lives, where their full focus would be on how to reduce the fat which can make them solace and this in turn get them more stress, depression and what not?
Almost everyone would like to shed their weight as appearance is very significant and so they all would be in the same thought of how to reduce the weight, those who advise to eat lea may sound a good idea but when it comes to sustainable idea for long term, then it definitely the exercising strategy. At first, people may find it difficult to manage with the exercising as they make us tired but when it is done for two to three days, and then it becomes a routine. This is the eat stop eat approach, people can eat whatever they want with a pledge to do enough of workout to burn it. Eating is of course fun!
